There is a lot more to communion than you may realize. It isn’t simply an act that you do weekly or monthly to remember that Jesus died for you. No, it is much more than that.
The body of Christ is something on which you must feed. You need to eat it constantly to feed your spirit. The Holy Spirit that is within you hungers for Christ. It longs to be with Christ. Therefore, you must feed it.
