God wants you to be a cheerful giver. That means you should decide ahead of time, what you are going to give. Then, when it comes time to give, you are to give with a happy heart.

God gave you everything you have. Therefore, when we give to others, we need to do it with a positive attitude. It is something that we must be glad to do. Happy that God first gave it to us so that we have the opportunity to give to others.
