Many people incorrectly interpret Daniel’s dream from Daniel Chapter 7 to mean the same thing as Nebuchadnezzar’s dream from Daniel Chapter 2. They believe that the beasts represent nations that existed in the day and age of Daniel.

However, this is incorrect. Daniel’s beasts cannot be nations of that age because his dream stated that they were nations of the future. Therefore, there is no way that they could represent nations that existed at that time like Nebuchadnezzar’s dream.
